Ukraine: at least 20 dead on July 25, Kyiv strikes Russian territory
At least 20 people were killed on July 25, 2026 in Ukraine and Russia, according to authorities in both countries, reports Le Monde. Ukraine conducted long-range strikes on Russian territory, while Sumy was hit by a Russian strike. These events come after a missile attack on a weapons exhibition in Kyiv on July 24: at least 10 dead, around 100 wounded. Kazakhstani President Kassym-Jomart Tokaïev called for a freeze to the conflict in a meeting with Vladimir Putin.
