Ukraine: Russian strike on Sumy on July 25, following deadly Kyiv attack
Between July 23 and 25, 2026, Russia conducted multiple strikes across Ukraine. According to a single source, at least two people were killed in a strike on Sumy on July 25. The day before, a Russian missile hit a weapons exhibition in the western suburbs of Kyiv, killing at least 10 people and wounding around 100 others. Russia fired at least 10 ballistic missiles at Kyiv; only one in three was intercepted. Strikes on Sloviansk left at least 5 dead on July 24. On July 23, glide bombs wounded 25 people in Zaporizhzhia.
