Ukraine: 96 drones shot down or neutralized overnight
Ukraine's air defense forces announced they shot down or neutralized 96 drones overnight Sunday to Monday, according to Ukrainian military statements cited by Le Monde. This announcement follows a Russian strike on a warehouse in Myla, near Kyiv, on August 29, 2026. The strike killed at least 27 people and wounded 42 others. Over 380 residents were evacuated and at least 50 buildings were damaged.
