Greta, 19, reunites with her family after a year in Bolivia
Greta, 19, has returned home after spending a year in Bolivia. Her father, Tillmann Prüfer, had not seen her during her entire stay. The family welcomed her at the airport with a banner announcing that she was finally back. Greta had left without speaking Spanish and spent her time caring for children with intellectual disabilities in an unfamiliar cultural environment. Prüfer recounted her return in his ZEITmagazin series “Prüfers Töchter.”
