Venezuela: government and opposition announce agreement on judicial reform
Venezuela’s government and opposition have announced agreement points on judicial reform after a week of talks in Caracas, according to Le Monde. The two sides are also united in demanding the return of funds frozen in the United Kingdom because of sanctions imposed on the country under President Nicolás Maduro.
