Elif Nur Turhan switches promoters as Caroline Dubois unification fight moves closer
Turkish world champion Elif Nur Turhan has joined Most Valuable Promotions, which also represents Caroline Dubois, bringing a lightweight unification fight between them closer. According to the BBC, the 31-year-old IBF champion is unbeaten in 14 professional bouts, with eight wins inside the distance. Dubois will defend her WBC and WBO titles against American challenger Amelia Moore on August 29 in Birmingham. WBA champion Stephanie Han is also signed to MVP, meaning three lightweight titleholders now share the same promoter. No fight between Turhan and Dubois has been announced.
