No immediate need to buy Sangare

Brentford midfielder Mamadou Sangare supplied two assists against Tottenham and can also collect defensive-contribution points.

His FPL price has already risen to £5.6 million. Pras nevertheless says managers do not need to buy him immediately and could wait until they use a wildcard, which permits multiple transfers without the usual points deductions.

Palmer and Rogers from Gameweek 4

Pras considers Cole Palmer and Morgan Rogers good options for strengthening Chelsea's attacking representation, but advises waiting until Gameweek 4 before bringing them in.

Palmer felt a slight discomfort late in the match against Fulham, while Chelsea face Arsenal in Gameweek 3.

In the longer term, Pras believes owning two or three players from Joao Pedro, Palmer and Rogers could be a viable strategy.

Liverpool and Alexander Isak

Alexander Isak, priced at £9 million in FPL, began his season at Newcastle against his former club and is then due to host Nottingham Forest.

Liverpool could still recruit in attack. Paris Saint-Germain's Bradley Barcola is mentioned as an example, but no arrival is presented as certain.

Liverpool face Ipswich in Gameweek 3 and Fulham in Gameweek 4.

Fernandes preferred to Haaland as captain

In Gameweek 2, Erling Haaland is due to play away at Crystal Palace, while Bruno Fernandes will host Ipswich with Manchester United.

Pras recommends Fernandes as captain, citing what he considers the more favourable opponent and the midfielder's multiple routes to FPL points.

He also believes Manchester City look less incisive without Jeremy Doku.
