Zörbig: Two Field Fires Burn 35 Hectares, No Injuries
Two field fires erupted in Zörbig, a town in Anhalt-Bitterfeld district of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, on Saturday, July 26, 2026 in the afternoon. The fires destroyed a combined 35 hectares and generated a dense smoke plume visible across the town. According to a police spokesperson, no injuries were reported.
