Zhongji Innolight Co. is set to price its Hong Kong initial public offering below the maximum of its set range, according to people familiar with the matter cited by Bloomberg. The offering is valued at HK$53.4 billion, equivalent to approximately $6.8 billion USD. This would be the largest initial public offering on Hong Kong's stock exchange in seven years.
