French Ambassador Bruno Foucher Under Disciplinary Investigation by Foreign Ministry
Bruno Foucher, French ambassador to the Central African Republic, faces disciplinary investigation by the Quai d'Orsay (French Foreign Ministry). According to Le Canard enchaîné, as reported by Le Monde, approximately 30 young women visited his private residence apartments between January 2024 and March 2026. These visits prompted security services to flag a security breach. Foucher acknowledges having had sexual relations with two of these women.
