Sheep on A14 causes full highway closure near Ludwigslust
A sheep wandering on the A14 highway near Ludwigslust in Germany caused a complete closure in both directions on Tuesday, July 22, 2026 around 4:00 PM, according to police. The animal was first located in the central safety barrier zone before running in a panicked state across the full width of the roadway toward Wismar. Police officers intervened to immobilize the sheep and secure it.
